WMF-BMP Converterator

The WMF-BMP Converterator takes advantage of the built-in capabilities of the VB picture box, and uses them for graphic conversions.

Essentially, the app reads in a WMF 
      into a picture box and saves it out as BMP.  The default size 
      of the picture box happens to match Visual Monkey's BabyFlash program.  
      This tool was developed to help generate images for the flashcards.  I added resolution adjustments 
      and other features.
